After completing his undergraduate studies in Sports Sciences at Gazi University (Turkey), Ali pursued a Master's program at Muğla Sıtkı Koçman University (Turkey), focusing on Autism and Sports. Throughout his career, he has attended various courses on Autism, ADHD, and learning disabilities, gaining in-depth knowledge in these areas.
Ali is the founder and director of both London One to One Academy and Enfield Assessment and Diagnostic Centre. Through London One to One Academy, Ali and his team provide weekly one-on-one therapy services to over 70 families and children with special needs. Additionally, at the Enfield
Assessment and Diagnostic Centre, Ali and his team offer early diagnosis and intervention, helping many individuals on their developmental journey.
Furthermore, Ali has conducted various research studies in Germany and the Netherlands on topics such as:
- The rights of individuals with disabilities
- How to build facilities for disabled people
- Employment opportunities for disabled individuals
- Educational planning for children with special needs

Ali's goal is to create innovative approaches in special education and sports therapy to make a lasting difference in the lives of children and provide support to families.
Dr Gozde holds a professional doctorate in Counselling Psychology from City University, London, and is a Chartered Psychologist with the British Psychological Society (BPS) and an HCPC Registered Counselling Psychologist. As an integrative practitioner, Dr Gozde tailors her approach to each individual, using a combination of systemic, cognitive, behavioural, and psychodynamic methods within a humanistic framework.
With extensive experience in the NHS, she has worked with children, adolescents, and adults, addressing a wide range of mental health issues such as depression, anxiety, relationship difficulties, self-esteem, anger management, and long-term health conditions.
She currently works in a national specialist CAMHS service, providing tailored Autism and ADHD assessments using NICE-recommended tools, while considering the needs of the entire family and network. Her goal is to ensure clients receive the information, support, and guidance they need.
Leyane holds an undergraduate degree in psychology and a postgraduate degree in clinical psychology, both studied at the University of Southampton.
Leyane has worked with neurodivergent individuals specifically having a long standing background working with children and adolescents with Autism and/or ADHD for nine years, providing them with therapeutic support, including emotional regulation, behavioural challenges, trauma, anxiety, school refusers, and social relationship difficulties (family and friends).
Ayse holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology from the Royal Holloway University of London and a postgraduate in Education and Psychology at the from University of Cambridge.
Ayse has worked with children, adolescents and adults with Autism and ADHD for ten years, providing them with therapeutic support including anxiety, eating disorders, school refusers, emotional regulation, and social relationship difficulties (family and friends).
Burcu is an Educational Psychologist (pending registration) who graduated from the University of East Anglia. Burcu has an undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Westminster. She also has a postgraduate degree in Low Intensity Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) from the University of East Anglia.
Burcu has worked for the NHS, providing low-intensity CBT interventions for adults experiencing low mood and anxiety following her postgraduate degree. She has also worked as a Special Educational Needs (SEN) Teaching Assistant in both mainstream and special schools during her undergraduate studies. In these roles, she collaborated with multidisciplinary teams, including teachers, psychotherapists, and therapists, to create tailored learning programmes for children, ensuring they made progress and met their targets.
Burcu has experience working with children and young people with ADHD, Down's Syndrome, Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) difficulties, and learning difficulties. She takes a person-centred approach, ensuring children are involved in achieving their aspirations in line with the Special Educational Needs and Disability (SEND) Code of Practice. Additionally, she co-trains and supervises Emotional Literacy Support Assistants (ELSAs). Burcu is fluent in Turkish and can assess and provide interventions in Turkish.
Besterah is a Specialist Speech and Language Therapist who graduated from City University London in 2015. She also holds an undergraduate degree in Psychology from the University of Surrey. Before completing her psychology degree, she worked at the Centre for Research in Autism and Education (Institute of Education), where she conducted a study on the mental health needs of pupils with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) in a network of special schools.
Besterah has experience working with children with ADHD, Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) issues, Developmental Language Impairment, delayed speech and language, Learning Disabilities, Down's Syndrome, and ASD. She has led a therapy team in a special needs school and is trained in SCERTS, Attention Autism, ADOS, Nuffield, and PECS. She is also a member of the ASD CEN.
Besterah is fluent in Turkish and can provide assessments and therapy in Turkish.

Açelya graduated with a full scholarship in Psychology from Yeditepe University, Turkey. She has completed extensive training in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Play Therapy, Mindfulness, and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy. Additionally, Açelya holds a Master of Science in Clinical Psychology from Bournemouth University. She is a graduate member of the British Psychological Society.
During her studies, she gained valuable experience at a private institution, supporting clients with Schizophrenia, Borderline Personality Disorder, Bipolar Disorder, and Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). She also worked as a special education assistant in primary and secondary schools, assisting students with special needs.
Açelya further enhanced her practical skills through internships at various international institutions and private clinics, working with child, adolescent, and adult clients. With her specialized training in CBT, Mindfulness, and Play Therapy, she offers both online and in-person sessions for children, adolescents, and adults.
In her sessions, Açelya addresses a wide range of psychological issues, including Panic Disorder, Agoraphobia, Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD), Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Anxiety Disorders, and Depression.

Bella Zilan holds an Undergraduate Bachelor of Science (BSc) degree in Psychology with Honours from the University of Westminster and a Master of Science in Organisational Psychiatry and Psychology from King’s College London. She is a graduate member of the British Psychological Society.
Bella Zilan has experience working within the NHS, including providing support through the crisis telephone service across five boroughs. Her role involved assisting individuals with a wide range of common mental health challenges. She has worked with diverse populations in various clinical settings, both within the public health sector (NHS) and privately, including individuals with autism, learning difficulties, panic disorder, behavioural challenges, self-esteem issues, and anxiety disorders. Her professional background spans research and clinical environments, where she has delivered therapeutic support.
Bella Zilan has supported the academic transitions of children and adolescents, helping them move from dependent schooling to more independent educational environments while offering therapeutic guidance throughout this process. Fluent in English and Turkish, enabling her to provide support and services to clients in both languages.
